Work With Us
Birdie Project is growing — not by getting bigger for the sake of it, but by bringing more people into the fold.
We’re opening up opportunities for players and community members who want to represent Birdie Project, earn money around disc golf, and help spread the brand in a way that feels authentic and community-first.
If you love the sport, the places we play, and the people around it, there might be a role for you here.
Three Ways To Get Involved
Player Ambassador
Player Ambassadors are disc golfers who want to rep Birdie Project at tournaments they’re already attending.
This role is intentionally lightweight and flexible.
Player Ambassadors:
- Carry a small selection of Birdie Project items
- Sell casually while competing or spectating
- Represent the brand in a friendly, approachable way
- Share the Birdie Project story on social media
- Earn commission on sales
No booth. No tent. No heavy setup.
Just good vibes, clean gear, and community connection.
This role is ideal if you:
- Already play tournaments
- Want to offset entry fees or travel costs
- Enjoy talking to people about disc golf
- Prefer low responsibility and flexibility
Event Entrepreneur
Event Entrepreneurs take on a fuller vendor role and operate a Birdie Project booth at tournaments or events.
This role offers more responsibility — and higher earning potential.
Event Entrepreneurs:
- Run a full Birdie Project booth (setup, sales, breakdown)
- Sell a larger range of inventory
- Coordinate with tournament directors
- Track sales and inventory
- Represent the brand professionally on and off the course
- Earn commission on total event sales
This role is ideal if you:
- Enjoy vending or entrepreneurship
- Like running a booth and engaging customers
- Want to grow your presence in the disc golf scene
- Are looking for stronger earning opportunities
Retail Partners
Retail Partners are brick-and-mortar shops, pro shops, and small businesses that carry Birdie Project products in-store.
This role is about extending Birdie Project beyond events and onto shelves — supporting local retail while keeping our gear accessible year-round.
Retail Partners:
- Carry a curated selection of Birdie Project apparel and accessories
- Offer customers course-inspired, small-batch gear
- Help grow the Birdie Project presence in their local community
- Build a relationship directly with our team
This role is ideal if you:
- Run a disc golf shop or lifestyle retail space
- Want unique, locally inspired products for your customers
- Value community-driven brands
- Enjoy working directly with small makers
Why We Built This Program
Will and Jordan both work full time and are also in school. As much as we love being on the road and at events, we physically can’t be everywhere at once.
Instead of stretching ourselves thin or losing the hands-on feel of Birdie Project, we chose to grow through the community.
This program exists to:
- Create paid opportunities for players
- Support disc golfers trying to afford “pay-to-play”
- Build connections across courses and regions
- Keep Birdie Project rooted in real people, not mass production
Is This a Job?
Not in the traditional sense.
These are independent contractor, commission-based roles designed to be: - flexible
- optional
- community-driven
You pick the events that fit your schedule. We provide the structure, inventory, and support.

Final Note
Birdie Project isn’t about chasing numbers or flooding the market. It’s about honoring the places we play, supporting the people who show up, and growing something meaningful together.
If that resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you.
